Last winter, Laura D. of Lyme learned that her furnace was on its last leg and would have to be replaced soon. But when the day of the scheduled installation arrived, she feared it wouldn't be done. Winter storms had pummeled her neighborhood there three times in a short period of time, leaving more than three feet of snow on the ground.

But, to her delight, the Daniels installation team got through. To transport the new furnace into her home (andremove the old one). our installers brought along a homemade toboggan.
