Crown oil furnaces provide you with performance and versatility.
There are three series available: Horizontal Counterflow (below) / Hi-Boy / Low-Boy.

Cabinet:

• Baked enamel finish for durability
Burner:
• High quality Beckett Flame retention burner with primary control
Controls:
• Readily available trade components
• 40 VA transformer
• Color coded wiring for easy service
• Transformer package and cooling fan relay are factory wired for easy add-on cooling installation
• Barometric Damper
Blower:
• Slide-out design
• 4 Speed PSG pre-lubricated motors with sealed bearings for low maintenance, maximum efficiency, and trouble-free performance
• Dynamically balanced blower with resilient motor mounts for smooth and quiet operation

Standard Equipment:

Cabinet Construction:
• Heavy gauge steel, Seal-Tite design, completely assembled at factory, leveling legs.
Finish:
• Baked enamel for greater durability.
Burner:
• Factory pre-wired, pre-assembled and tested. Constant ignition pressure atomizing type. Shipped assembled in furnace. Ready to connect to fuel supply line after proper setup procedure
Controls:
• Cad cell primary control, combination blower and limit control.
• A/C :
• Ready for 4 Ton Cap.
Wiring:
• All wiring factory connected, installed and tested ready to connect to house wiring.
• Heater Exchanger:
• Heavy 13 gauge hot rolled alloy steel. Visually hand-welded, inside and out.
• Radiator:
• "Wraparound" type.
Blower:
• Multispeed, Direct Drive. Permanently lubricated, resilient mounted.
• Blower Assembly:
• Designed for heavy duty, continuous operation. Thermally protected.
• Insulation:
• Spun glass and aluminum foil for "hand cool" cabinet.
• Barometric Damper

Model CHC 68-96 is factory set for 105,000 BTU/HR input (.75 GPH).
All other sizes require a change of nozzle in the field.
Standard left hand warm air supply for Horizontal configuration.
